A couple of factors inspired me to start this fiction blog;
- An inability to get anything done during NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month)
- An inability to do any university work without major amounts of procrastination
- Seeing a couple of friends start various series of blogs
- Joining a couple of writing-themed subreddits
So I've been an amateur fiction writer for some time; I think I wrote my first short story at eleven or twelve (no I don't still have it), and have loved creating worlds and characters ever since. This blog is an experiment in trying to write very often, every day or couple of days if I can manage it. I like to use writing prompts from /r/writingprompts, but I'm also happy to take requests in the form of emails or comments.
